Our journey began with a vision to create a clothing brand for kids with a few core principles in mind which not only brings you clothing with innovative design but also is of great quality which is safe, gentle and comfortable on your baby’s skin. To do so, we dedicate ourselves to shaping our infrastructure which helps us best to bring our vision alive.
Creative design studio
Our in-house design team are composed of artisans who are passionate about kids fashion, bringing innovation and creativity to each piece. Every stitch, pattern, and print is a masterpiece crafted with young hearts at mind. It is important to keep up with the change of trend each season, our team of designer make sure that happens with new and trending design each season which is loved and adored by kids everywhere.
Fabric procurement department
To make a premium garment you also need raw materials which are of top notch quality. To achieve that, here at Bebaby we procure fabric made of 100% pure cotton along with organic cotton which is grown without the use of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. It is a preferred choice for eco-conscious parent who wants natural chemical free clothing for their children.
Quality control station
The quality control station of bebabay is a vital component of our production process. Our quality control station is where we meticulously inspect, evaluate and ensure that every garment meets our stringent quality standards. Our every garment undergoes a thorough inspection through every stage of its making from inspection of raw material to several In-process inspection and then the final inspection to verify that every aspect of the garment meets our quality standard before packaging.
Machinery
Modern machinery can significantly improve efficiency, precision and consistency in the production process. It helps us in quality control while being able to scale our production up or down providing flexibility. We have various types of machines including printing machine(exported from Portugal), cutting machine, sewing machine, embroidery machine, heat press machine, etc, and all that so we can achieve a consistence quality in each garment.
Craftmanship
The craftmen of bebaby are truly the backbone of our company. We have specific craftmen and experts needed to work on each individual process of our apparel manufacturing. There are currently more than 500 people working here in their own area of expertise. Collaborative teamwork among these professionals helps us in creating high quality garments that cater to the need and preference of both children and their parents.
